There are different stages of getting the visa and stage one and here the employer will have to get a quota approved from the Ministry of Labor and the employer will apply the visa on your behalf. For applying for the quota, the company should have an office which should be established on or more than 12.5 square meters. Some companies also apply for more than 100 employee’s quota and if the company needs more employee’s they will need another office for that. Next, the employer will send a contract which will be in English and in Arabic and there will be signature of the employer and the employees too. After this the employer applies for the visa by submitting documents of the candidate.
Then the employer will send the Ministry of Labor letter (MOL letter). This will be in a pdf file which will show that what are the employee’s duties, responsibilities, salary, benefits provided by the company. It will have different amendments which will be written in English and Arabic. After this the Ministry of Labor will issue an entry visa which is also called the pink paper or pink visa which enables the employee to enter the UAE legally. This paper is valid for 2 months from the issue of the date. Coming to the second stage, you have to get a medical examination which will help you in getting an insurance. You have to get an emirates ID and get the visa stamped.
